В първите три серии от новия сезон според мен се наблюдава известна деградацията.
Анимацията е по-добра спрямо предишния сезон, но сюжетно се случиха пълни глупости. Освен това се завърнаха някои методи, които не обичах в ATLA, най-вече силовото преместване на даден персонаж в нужната географска локация или присъединяването му към определена група...и засега не се виждат redeaming качествата, които оправдаваха тези неща в старите серии.
Лошковците също изглеждат изстискани от пръстите (сякаш взети от AO филм на дълъг аниме френчайз), а единият направо са го откраднали от Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi.
Тук обаче има redeaming - затворите където ги държаха изглеждат убийствено, а битките при освобождаването им са страхотни.
А и напомниха, че Белият лотус извършва и някакви смислени дейности.
Шоуто почна да ми харесва напълно след средата на трети епизод заради боя на Кора и Асами с рокерите.
И още имаме велико teamup-ване на Зуко, Тонрак, Десна и Еска в ледения затвор.

4-ти някак беше ръшнат и не толкова епичен, колкото явно беше по замисъл, но 5-ти ми хареса много заради града на метълбендерите и технологиите в него.

Четвърти на мен пък ми хареса повече от пети. И петият беше готин, обаче Сю не ми хареса - което, подозирам, е целта на създателите й - а дъщеря й пък ми дойде твърде лигава. За сметка на това Мило беше култов, а и металният град беше много як, така че...

РЕВЮ: „The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power”
Тея дни след като след дългомесечно изнасилване от моя страна Cruelty най-сетне изгледа Аватар, аз се хванах да си прецъквам през любими епизоди. И така с любимите епизоди изгледах целия трети сезон... Оттам се присетих, че Кора излиза, изгледах 7те налични серии на 3ти сезон и днес, след още малко изнасилване, тоя път на Александър, опукахме на едно сядане целия втори сезон (той не го беше гледал до края) и първите два епизода на 3ти. Някво възторжено ни е и на двамата.
На второ гледане, втори сезон ми хареса чувствително повече. Подозирам че за пореден път ефекта на цялостното гледане без прекъсване от по седмица за всеки епизод си казва думата. Да, Кора беше непоносима лигла в началото и Уналак беше някъв тъпанар, ама като цяло историята не беше чак толкова катасрофално зле, колкото си мислех. А трети сезон ме увлече още с първите си минути. Цялата тая промяна в света ме кефи безмерно, новите лошковци са някви мега-куул, ЗУКО СЕ ПОЯВИ И КАРА ДРАКОН (!!!), а Кора дразни по-малко от обикновено. Много съм доволна! Като арт сякаш е по-добре от предишния. Затворите, в които държаха 4те психопата бяха много идейни. Малко не ме кефят мелодрамите около Лин и сестра й, но металния град си беше чист душевен оргазъм. 6ти и 7ми епизод обаче ми се видяха нещо скучновати, та се надявам да са само временно явление вместо тенденция. Кога ще излезе следващия епизод?

Втори сезон е много по-добър на второ гледане наведнъж. Особено от средата нататък си става чудесен. Като се има предвид, че са го направили много бързо след решението да разширят сериала до 26 и после 52 епизода и с помощта на едно от по-посредствените анимационни студия от Япония (което видимо беше прецакало визията на доста от по-ранните епизоди), резултатът даже е похвален.
Трети сезон пък си е поне на нивото на първия, дотук ми харесва много. Надявам се следващите 6 епизода да оправдаят очакванията.
